Our customers include over 300 global pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, research agencies, and consultancy firms.  As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our remote team. We are looking for a Qualitative Team Lead to lead a team of 5-8 Senior Project Managers, ensuring the successful execution of client projects, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all projects align with business objectives and client expectations.
