What They're Looking For.

Must Have

>8 years post qualification experience, up to 2 years of experience in leading a multi-layered diverse team of ≥10 members, Pharma experience, Proven track of leading diverse teams with different profiles, Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive campaigns, Stakeholder management, Good written and verbal communication skills, Ability to lead digital driven marketing teams, organizational and time management skills, Knowledge of scientific / medical writing and communications, Basic knowledge of key SFMC capabilities (i. e. Audience Studio, Datorama, Interaction Studio, Journey Builder), Knowledge of key project management tools (i. e. Jira, Trello), Knowledge of CRM tools (i. e. Veeva), Desire & skillset to ensure continuous improvement & optimisation striving for innovation/efficiency, University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in science), Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

SFMC Specialist Certification is a plus, relevant advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline desirable
