Listed on the London Stock Exchange, Smiths employs approximately 16,000 colleagues in over 50 countries. •Review and process Part Number requests and material creation/extension tasks. •Lead, mentor, and guide master data team members in daily operations. •Allocate workload and monitor performance to meet customer/stakeholder needs. •Interpret engineering drawings and extract material/BOM requirements. •Create/maintain Material Masters, Assembly BOMs, Manufacturing BOMs, and Routings in SAP. •Validate data accuracy using standard validation and BOM‑drawing checks. •Coordinate with buyers, planners, and drawing offices for lead times and technical inputs. •Track errors, maintain experience database, and support corrective actions. •Manage and balance workload and forecast own job lead-times to meet Customer/Stake holder requirements. •Maintain SOPs, validation checklists, and training documents for the team. •Collaborate with other Team Leads and the Data Manager on team objectives and priorities. •Ensure accuracy, completeness, and first‑tim
