Must Have

2+ years of production or assembly experience in a manufacturing environment, Demonstrated reliability, teamwork, and performance in a hands-on role, understanding of standard work, quality expectations, and takt time principles, Good communication and peer leadership skills, Willingness to support and coach others while performing production work

Nice to Have

Experience with Lean tools (5S, standard work, visual boards), Peer mentorship or informal training, Light troubleshooting or escalation awareness, Basic familiarity with ERP or work instruction systems

What You'll Do.

guiding a small team of 8–10 operators or technicians through daily production tasks

ensures work is completed on time

escalates issues that impact flow

fostering adherence to standard work practices

Work alongside operators to execute daily tasks within assigned station or cell

Monitor team adherence to takt time and schedule

escalating risks or issues to the Work Center Supervisor

Provide peer coaching

and informal training support to newer or less experienced team members

Assist in managing material readiness

and workstation organization (5S)

Support quality checks and ensure standard work instructions are report any deviations

Lead daily team huddles

communicate shift goals

and update production boards as needed

Model safe work behaviors and reinforce safety policies among peers

Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities led by the Supervisor or Operations Manager
