Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction supervision of building, At least 5 years in a similar role (Construction Manager/Resident Engineer/Project Manager), Proven experience in construction of institutional buildings, Demonstrated experience in contract administration, claims, and variation, Experience in implementing ESHS standards in construction projects, Resource should not be above 55 years
Nice to Have
Master’s Degree in Construction Management/Project Management, Experience in externally aided projects (ADB/World Bank/JICA), Experience in construction of Schools
