## Overview: **Team Leader, Accounts Receivable** * **********Full-time********, ********C ontinuing position********** * **Salary HEW Level 8 ($116,551 - $131,257) + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements** * **Based at the ********Melbourne CBD******** campus, ********and hybrid ways of working****** **About You** As the Team Lead, Accounts Receivable, you will lead a key finance function that supports the delivery of efficient, compliant, and high-quality financial services across the University. Working closely with the Finance Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring strong service standards, sound financial controls, and a customer-focused approach. In this role, you will manage credit activities, transaction processing, reconciliations, and system-related workflows, ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with University policies. You will also act as a key escalation point for complex operational matters and system-related issues. You will play an important role in driving process improvements, enhancing the use of systems such as Workday, and supporting data-informed decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a people leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams, building strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to strategic financial outcomes. To be successful in this position, you will have: * Strong experience in Accounts Receivable operations and credit management within a medium to large organisation. * Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements (CA/CPA qualification desirable). * Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams within a transactional finance environment. * Proven ability to manage complex operational issues and act as a key escalation point. * Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Workday, including financial systems optimisation. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills wit
