Must Have
Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in financial services compliance, University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
Nice to Have
preferably within private banking, wealth management, or a Big Four consultancy environment
What You'll Do.
and develop a high-performing compliance team focused on product and service monitoring
Ensure full adherence to internal policies
regulatory requirements
and supervisory expectations
objective assessment and challenge to front-line functions
Serve as a trusted advisor to business units
risk and product development on compliance implications
Proactively assess the impact of evolving regulatory landscapes
and continuously refine a risk-based compliance monitoring framework
Oversee the execution of the annual Compliance Control Plan
Drive remediation efforts in collaboration with first-line stakeholders
Prepare comprehensive periodic and ad-hoc reports for BJBE Senior Management

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as a strategic partner to senior management; Contribute strategically to cross-functional projects; Represent Compliance in key internal committees at both BJBE and Group levels; Coordinate responses to regulators, internal and external audit requests
Communication Scope
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English
Process & Methodology
cross-functional projects involving new product launches, market expansions, or system implementations requiring compliance integration
