12 + years of work experience in people manager role, analytical and numerical abilities, knowledge and understanding of financial statements, Knowledge of accounting standards, particularly US GAAP, People management skills
Nice to Have
Commercial Lending, Financial Analysis and Report Writing, Experience in Credit Analysis, Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP Accounting standards, Working knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Demonstrate ability to work in a high-pressure environment, Takes initiative and challenges existing processes and procedures in a proactive manner, team player, Ability to analyze issues independently and derive solutions, Analytical skills
