Login to your McGill Workday account and apply to this posting using the Find Jobs report (type Find Jobs in the search bar).** **Hiring Unit:** Department of Medicine, Division of Clinical and Translational Research and Interdisciplinary Cancer Sciences Program **Course Title:** Experimental and Clinical Oncology **Course Code:** EXMD 635 **Estimated Number of Positions:** 1 **Total Hours of Work per Term:** 90 **Hiring Unit:** Department of Medicine, Division of Clinical and Translational Research and Interdisciplinary Cancer Sciences Program **Position Summary:** * Organizing a Discussions Board on myCourses, where students can exchange answers to potential exam questions, and monitoring the discussion board. * Coordinating attendance for tumour boards, sending Zoom links to students and ensuring that no more than two students attend the same tumour board session. * Organizing quizzes on myCourses (includes midterm and final exams students access through the Respondus software.) * Correction of midterm and final exams. * Assist with the correction of essays. * Organize lectures evaluations, send link to students during or after each lecture and collect the responses. * Send an email reminder to lecturers of the following week. * Receive PowerPoint presentations from lecturers and upload them on myCourses. * Answer student emails. * Course attendance as needed. * If class is conducted via Zoom, serving as a co-host on Zoom to ensure a stable connection and providing technical support if necessary. **Qualifications:** * Only Current Masters or Doctoral student registered at McGill are eligible to apply as
