A Teaching Assistant is a Graduate Student employed to assist the Course Supervisor as a Teaching Assistant in a classroom environment. Teaching Assistant Positions are governed by the Collective Agreement between McGill University and the Association of Graduate Students Employed at McGill (AGSEM). **Position Summary:** _Responsible for assessing students ' peer- and self-evaluations of project deliverables throughout the semester, offering feedback on their project progress, and assisting the instructor with in-class exercises. **Requirements** : Must be thorough, diligent and consistent.
