12 semester units in Early Childhood Education, including 3 semester units of Infant & Toddler Development, Must have a current Teacher Assistant Permit or above based on the California Teacher Credential (CTC) Matrix, Must hold a valid First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate upon hire or within 30 days of hire, Background check required, Live Scan Clearance / DOJ Fingerprinting, Health Clearance, Child Development Permit, CPR / Pediatric CPR certification

Internal CCRC applicants may alternatively meet this requirement by the successful completion of the Teacher Aide Apprenticeship program.
