What You'll Do.
Analyse and answer customer queries, Analyse SB impact for F.
Ops, Maintain and enhance relationship with stakeholders, Propose and contribute to improvement initiatives, Verify and validate F.
OPS data assembly, Follow-up, control & validate sub-contracting, Prepare and participate to meetings, Participate to analysis of operational issues, Coordinates operational topics with stakeholders, Analyses and provides answer to Customer queries, Interface with stakeholder network, Provides proactive support to Customers, Provides support to subcontractor activities, Ensures subcontractor performance, Guarantees Export Control rules adherence, Contribute to high activity performance, Provide daily Operations support, Manage the incorporation of New Aircraft, Plan the TD revisions, Ensure all associated communication, Ensure Follow-up monitoring, Provides support in accordance with Export Control rules, Maintain high-level Customer satisfaction, Provides contribution to CSIP action plan, Provides TD Operations awareness sessions.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Maintain and contribute to enhance a close relationship with internal stakeholders; Coordinates operational topics with all relevant stakeholders; Interface with stakeholder network & manages continuous cross-collaboration improvement; Contributes to an efficient transfer of information between India & Europe teams; Ensure all associated communication with Customers & Airbus Dpts; Develop and maintain a collaborative working environment across organisations
