What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field., CPA license (or in progress) or EA certification required., Minimum of 3–5 years in public accounting with a focus on flow-through taxation.
Nice to Have
Preferred experience in industries such as real estate, venture capital, private equity, crypto, or consumer goods., Prior experience from Big 4 or large regional firms is a plus.
What You'll Do.

Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously
ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
Review work prepared by tax seniors and associates
providing feedback and guidance.

Foster a collaborative team environment and support professional development initiatives.
Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations
promoting paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools
participating in recycling initiatives to minimize paper use
