What You'll Do.
File annual personal property tax renditions
File gross receipts tax returns
Prepare monthly gross receipts account reconciliations
Assist with internal sales tax inquiries
Prepare monthly VAT general ledger detail review
Gather filing documentation for external consultants
Work with external consultants for timely filing
Obtain new business licenses
Renew existing business licenses
Maintain tax department's filing calendar
Gather customer tax exemptions
Review foreign invoices
Respond to sales tax and VAT authority inquiries
Respond to tax related notices
Gather information for stakeholders
Assist with special projects
