About the Role We are seeking a Tax Reporting Lead to lead and scale our global income tax accounting and reporting function. This role will be responsible for overseeing the quarterly and annual tax provision process under ASC 740, ensuring accurate and timely tax reporting across a complex corporate environment. You will serve as a key partner to Finance, Accounting, FP international tax experience is a plus. Experience working in a multinational or complex corporate environment. Demonstrated success managing external advisors and leading cross-functional initiatives. Prior people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and reviewing team members' work. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with the capability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet critical reporting deadlines.
