Must Have

1–4 years of experience in a tax, accounting, or professional services support role, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to learn and navigate systems and technology effectively, time management and organizational skills, Clear and professional verbal and written communication, Professionalism and client-service mindset

Nice to Have

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, accounting, or a related field, Prior experience in document processing, workflow coordination, or deadline-driven environments strongly preferred, Exposure to tax return processing or seasonal workload environments is a plus

What You'll Do.

and finalize tax returns in accordance with firm and client standards

Coordinate electronic delivery of client deliverables through firm platforms

Prepare and assemble physical deliverables for mailing or client pickup

Manage 1040 organizer distribution and track receipt of client documentation

Process 1099 forms and ensure timely

Utilize firm workflow and document management systems to monitor assignments

and ensure deadlines are consistently met

Maintain accurate and up-to-date status tracking for all assigned work

proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks

Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed

partnering with internal technology teams to resolve challenges efficiently

Serve as a resource for both internal teams and clients by providing guidance on basic system navigation and document access

Partner with tax engagement teams and operations groups to resolve processing questions

Support cross-functional initiatives with Tax Processing

and other operations teams

Assist with engagement letter preparation as needed

Contribute to special projects and ad hoc operational needs

Provide additional support during peak periods

including extended hours during busy seasons
