We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who enjoys administrative and data-focused work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with both peers and internal stakeholders. **Primary Responsibilities:** Support tax team on client matters, including: * Perform detailed data entry and maintain accurate client and tax return information across internal systems. * Process completed tax returns and prepare final deliverables for distribution to clients in a timely and accurate manner. * Answer client questions and respond to client inquiries, providing superior service and ensuring successful resolution of client needs. * Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and overall team effectiveness. * Collaborate with team members to support workflow management and ensure deadlines are met during peak tax season. * Other tasks and special projects as needed. **Required Qualifications:** * Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. (Finance or Accounting majors preferred) * Proficiency in UltraTax tax preparation software strongly preferred, * 0-3 years of work experience in financial industry, tax and/or related field * Strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to organize and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines in a proactive manner with little supervision required * Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and organizational skills. * Evidence of ex
