What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of progressive tax experience, expertise in U. S. corporate income tax and multi-state compliance, Experience with tax provision (ASC 740), Exposure to international tax concepts, Experience with transfer pricing concepts and intercompany arrangements, Familiarity with tax software, advanced Excel skills
Nice to Have
CPA designation, Experience working within Big 4 or top-tier public accounting firms, Experience working with UK, Australia, India, or multinational structures, Experience operating within a global SaaS or high-growth technology environment, Exposure to tax structure optimization and post-acquisition integration activities, Experience implementing or improving tax and entity management systems, Familiarity with treasury-related tax considerations
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end U.S. federal and multi-state income tax compliance
Prepare and review tax filings
Lead quarterly and annual tax provision processes
Coordinate international tax compliance
Support transfer pricing execution
Partner with Legal to manage global entity structure
Collaborate with Finance on global cash management
Identify and execute tax planning and structure optimization opportunities
Implement and enhance tax processes
Evaluate and implement tax and/or entity management systems
Manage relationships with external advisors
