What You'll Do.
Own tax compliance and reporting
Serve as primary contact with tax preparer
Review federal and state tax filings
Apply partnership tax expertise
Manage income tax accounting
Lead adoption of ASU 2023-09
Review and respond to state tax notices
Initiate federal and state tax payments
Own reconciliation of tax accounts
Communicate proactively with investors
Confirm accuracy of quarterly distributions
Track changes in tax law
Assess impact on entity structure
Surface tax planning opportunities
Support external auditors
Prepare and organize workpapers
Partner on special projects
Assess and improve tax processes
