Must Have

6+ years of corporate tax experience in industry and/or public accounting (e. g. , Big 4), knowledge of US federal and multistate corporate income tax compliance, Proficiency in ASC 740 and/or IFRS tax accounting, Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines, Ability to communicate tax concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience working at a high-growth technology or SaaS company, Experience operating at the Tax Manager level

What You'll Do.

Prepare and oversee preparation of quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures

Review tax-related disclosures in 10-K

and other SEC filings for accuracy and completeness

Establish and monitor internal controls over financial reporting (SOX) related to tax

Coordinate with external auditors on tax provision reviews and audit support

Support the monthly and quarterly close by preparing tax journal entries and reconciling tax-related accounts

Manage and review US federal

and local income tax filings prepared by external advisors

ensuring accuracy and timely submission

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage tax audits and respond to notices

Contribute to tax-related projects

including planning initiatives

In this role, you’ll support core tax accounting and compliance processes while partnering cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment across the business. You’ll also contribute to process improvements and support strategic initiatives as the company grows. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
