As a Tax Director (Flowthrough), you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and building strategies to help develop and maintain relationships with clients throughout the tax process.   BPM is seeking a dynamic and technically strong Tax Director to join our Flowthrough practice, with deep expertise in partnership taxation. This role will focus on servicing clients in the Real Estate, Consumer Business, and Professional Services industries, providing strategic tax planning, compliance oversight, and consulting onmergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for mentoring others. BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master degree preferred). Licensed CPA or EA certified Extensive experience with flow-through taxation. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrates proactive thinking and a strong desire to learn.
