Must Have
3+ years corporate income tax compliance experience, working knowledge of ASC 740, Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, Knowledge of U. S. sales and use tax regulations, multi-state tax compliance
Nice to Have
CPA preferred, Experience with tax provision software, Comfortable with apportionment calculations, multiple complex book-to-tax adjustments
What You'll Do.
Manage income tax compliance
Manage tax provision process
Prepare quarterly ASC 740 provisions
Prepare annual ASC 740 provisions
Ensure accurate financial reporting of income taxes
Assist in review of federal consolidated tax return
Research new tax developments
Prepare detailed working papers
Coordinate with external CPA firm
Develop income tax department policies
Maintain compliance with tax laws
Prepare tax account journal entries
Assist in responding to income tax audits
Identify areas for efficiency
Review sales tax returns
Prepare sales tax returns
File sales tax returns
Assist with business license renewals
Assist with miscellaneous tax filings
Participate in special projects
