2–8 years of experience in tax roles with exposure to tax provision, planning, and compliance, understanding of sales tax, payroll tax, and multi-jurisdictional tax frameworks, including indirect tax systems such as GST/VAT, Experience with regulatory filings and reporting standards, including corporate tax returns, statutory disclosures, and compliance documentation, Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e. g. , Python, SQL, data analytics platforms) and their application in financial or tax domains, Ability to translate complex tax rules into automated logic or AI-driven workflows, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
