THE OPPORTUNITY: This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of German professional law (Berufsrecht) and hyper-growth technology. You will join a part of Germany’s largest digital tax company to serve thousands of clients with certified tax professionals. You will support scaling a very advanced Tax Advisory (TA) platform and help shape the future of the modern tax advisory customer experience, bridging the gap between strict regulatory compliance and agile product innovation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Help ensure full compliance with German professional standards (StBerG, BOStB) while identifying opportunities to modernise traditional industry practices. - Contribute to the operational strategy for scaling capacity, advising on how to best leverage software and AI without compromising quality. - Support and guide our internal team of tax experts to maintain efficient case processing and high operational standards. - Help shape and coordinate our network of internal and external tax advisors, ensuring every user receives the professional, certified support they need. - Advise on "supply side" optimisation — helping attract, retain, and empower top tax advisors in Germany. - Contribute to improving unit economics and operational excellence across inte
