What You'll Do.
Serve as Project Manager
Assist Program Manager
Work with Government Contracting Officer
Manage specific task order(s)
Ensure timely implementation of schedules
Coordinate with infrastructure engineering teams
Survey buildings and communication closets
Review technical drawings
Coordinate cable and/or power infrastructure specifics
Provide administration
Provide documentation
Oversee planning and execution of tasks
Provide guidance and oversight
Establish and maintain lines of communication
Maintain communication cadences
Schedule and attend customer engagements
Ensure quality of technical plans
Ensure quality of diagrams
Ensure quality of deliverables
Develop and maintain project schedules
Deliver schedule updates
Review and approve invoices
Ensure only approved billable expenses are incurred
Ensure expenses are invoiced appropriately
Interface with government management personnel
Develop/enforce work standards
Communicate government policies
Manage project schedules and resources
Ensure deliverables meet government schedules
Communicate daily with AGE Program Manager

AGE Solutions is seeking an experienced Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) to lead a large-scale network engineering support program for a DoD agency. The selected candidate will serve as a single management point of contact between the government customer, the contract team, and AGE Solutions' senior leadership team. The selected candidate will be responsible for all aspects of TO performance to including staffing, employee mentorship, customer satisfaction, completion of all TO activities, quality management, submission of deliverables, subcontractor management, and financial performance. Responsibilities Include: Serve as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Coordinate with infrastructure engineering teams to survey buildings and communication closets, review technical drawings, validate cable plans and coordinate cable and/or power infrastructure specifics as it relates to the installation of LAN related equipment and hardware.
