Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance! *This position requires TS/SCI Clearance* *This position is contingent upon contract award* Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day supervision, mentorship, and technical guidance to assigned contractor personnel, ensuring all tasks are executed in accordance with contract requirements and Government priorities. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned functional area, coordinating directly with Government representatives and the Program Manager to ensure mission requirements are met. Monitor the performance and productivity of assigned personnel, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain operational effectiveness. Participate in meetings, briefings, and progress reviews, providing status updates and technical information on assigned task areas as required. Assist in the onboarding, training, and professional development of assigned personnel to ensure baseline proficiency and continued growth. Prepare and submit task area reports, status updates, and deliverables in accordance with established timelines and program requirements. Qualifications: Minimum of six (6) years of experience in intelligence operations, program support, or a related discipline within DoD or equivalent Government agencies. Demonstrated experience leading small teams or functional groups in a fast-paced operational or programmatic environment.
