Must Have
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition Services Processes, analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights, Proactive and self-driven — able to identify issues without being directed and act with urgency, Proficient in Microsoft Excel — including pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and dashboard creation, Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data handling and reporting, Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with Team Leads and cross-functional stakeholders, Comfortable working with structured processes and SLA-driven environments
Nice to Have
Knowledgeable in navigating Workday reports (extraction and processing), Experience in process auditing, quality assurance, or operational monitoring roles, Experience in translating data into visual presentations for stakeholders
What You'll Do.
Conduct regular preventive audits
Actively monitor open tasks
Flag at-risk tasks before they develop
Maintain an audit log of findings
Partner with Team Leads to close identified gaps
Continuously refine audit checklists
and distribute regular performance reports
Translate raw operational data into meaningful insights
Maintain data accuracy and integrity
Proactively recommend improvements to reporting
Gather all required data and metrics
Accurately complete and maintain scorecards
Collaborate with Team Leads to review scorecard entries
Manage the release timeline
Maintain a version-controlled archive
Act as a backup support resource
Maintain a working understanding of core responsibilities
Coordinate with Team Leads to prioritize tasks
Track the status and progress of ongoing projects
Maintain project documentation
Communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
Identify potential risks or blockers
Escalate appropriately
Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives
