Must Have
Earned masters degree in the teaching discipline from an accredited university, Experience teaching in High School or Dual Credit courses, Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Knowledge and understanding of disciplinary subject matter at a level adequate for graduate-level instruction, Written and oral communication skills sufficient to conduct effective teaching and research activities, Ability to interact with students, staff, and faculty in a professional, collegial, and collaborative manner
Nice to Have
5 or more years of teaching experience in public schools, Experience using Canvas or a comparable learning management system, Experience presenting professional development for educators

Assess student performance
Provide timely feedback
Evaluate student learning outcomes
Ensures the academic integrity of the university course
Supports the professional growth of high school teachers
Leads and facilitates regular virtual conferences
Meets with Tarleton Today staff
