Targeter **The Opportunity:** Critical decisions are made every single day in support of our nation's defense. What if you could use your analytical skills and operational mindset to help protect the country? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to find and interpret the best data to provide their clients with the best answers. As an intelligence analyst and targeting officer, you can use your technical expertise, briefing skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to develop actionable intelligence for our clients. If you have a strong technical and analytical background with a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity for you to use those skills to support our national security. As an Intelligence Analyst and Targeting Officer on our team, you’ll play a critical role in helping our client understand the operational battlespace and the national-level threats in that space. You will do this through daily briefs and operational and time-critical updates to senior leaders. Additionally, you may be charged with analyzing complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against the highest priorities. As such, you will demonstrate knowledge of life cycle sponsor operations, including how to support them, and leverage expertise in the appropriate legal and policy guidance for executing the client’s particular mission. You will manage, task, and maintain information flow across IC organizations within operational decision timelines. You will convey well-reasoned dissenting perspectives to ensure all data streams are considered for key decisions and become an authority on your target set, AOR, and operational tools. Our client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to define your expertise as you develop new skills incorporating raw, often time-sensitive intelligence paired with many platforms and tools enabling you to affect the targeting narrative or pict
