What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruitment, expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, market mapping), Experience recruiting for Tech, Creative, or Art roles, Proven experience using ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar, Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset, professional level of written and spoken English
Nice to Have
gaming industry experience is a plus, Passion for games and game development is highly desirable
