We are currently seeking highly motivated **Hindi-speaking Talent Sourcers** based in India to support high-volume hiring initiatives for Hindi language data and annotation projects. This is a fast-moving, performance-driven opportunity ideal for individuals who: * Understand the India hiring market * Know how to source candidates through local communities and networks * Are familiar with high-volume recruitment environments * Can communicate effectively with Hindi-speaking candidates * Are resourceful, organized, and proactive with outreach and follow-up **Position Overview ** This is a **freelance, project-based, performance compensation opportunity** and is **NOT an hourly or salaried recruiting role**. Compensation is tied directly to successfully activated candidates who complete the required recruitment and onboarding process. There are no guaranteed hours, hourly wages, retainers, or fixed salaries associated with this opportunity.
