6+ months full-cycle recruitment experience, Good understanding of IT, Experience hiring engineers in Ukraine/Europe/Latin America, Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+), Experience with ATS system, LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, Confident user of Google Sheets/Excel/Docs, Ability to handle 2-3 vacancies at a time, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Sourcer/Junior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and make an impact by helping us attract and hire top IT professionals. Your energy, curiosity, and drive will be key to building a strong hiring pipeline and supporting our company’s growth. #### Responsibilities: Core Focus: Sourcing & Search — Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases; — Apply boolean search logic and AI-powered tools to identify and surface relevant profiles efficiently; — Build and maintain a warm talent pool for recurring roles, with a primary focus on Sales and Marketing; Recruitment Documentation — Create and maintain job descriptions, pre-screen forms, hiring scorecards, and competency matrices; Screening & Coordination (limited scope) — Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate soft skills, communication style, and culture fit; — Coordinate technical assessments with reviewers and collect structured feedback; Candidate Experience — Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates at every stage of the hiring process; — Provide clear, structured feedback following each evaluation step; Database & Reporting — Maintain accurate candidate records in Recruitee and internal tracking sheets; — Track and report on key hiring metrics: time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source performance. #### #### What we offer: 📈 Professional Growth opportunities: — Ambitious goals and interesting projects; — Regular & transparent performance review and feedback process; — Possibility for both vertical or horizontal growth (in case you want to try a different path). 🎁 Benefits program — 18 paid days off + 2 public holidays; — Free tax reporting support
