About the Role Location: Remote, United States Role Type: Contract, Full-Time Duration: 6 month contract Reporting to: Senior Manager, Talent Engagement Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 per year (annualized; pro-rated for the 6-month term) CodePath is looking for a Talent Sourcer who is excited about doing high-impact work in an AI-forward recruiting environment. As a member of CodePath's Talent Engagement team, you will build diverse, qualified pipelines across a wide range of functions from software engineering and data science to philanthropy, curriculum, and marketing. CodePath is an AI-native organization building pathways into tech for the next generation of engineers. We move with the pace and ownership culture of a technical startup, and we use AI, including Claude, as a core part of how we work. In this role, you'll own top-of-funnel across multiple searches simultaneously. The person who thrives here moves fast, adapts to shifting priorities, and uses every tool available to work at a higher volume and quality than a traditional sourcer.
