**Job Opening: Talent Sourcer** **Location:** Remote (South Africa) - Working US Hours (9am-5pm EST) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** Paid in South African Rands (ZAR) ### Key Responsibilities * Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for open positions using a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking. * Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. * Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess candidates’ qualifications and interest. * Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles. * Utilize sourcing technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and communication. * Stay informed on industry trends and innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent. * Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred. * Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within healthcare or technology sectors. * Strong competency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and ATS platforms. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting. * Strong organizational and time management skills. **Benefits** 1.
