Explore and experiment with AI-powered tools and approaches to make sourcing smarter and more efficient
Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement to spark interest in Omnisend opportunities
Research and map talent pools
and market trends to inform sourcing strategy
Participate in building and strengthening Omnisend's employer brand presence across relevant channels
Ensure every candidate interaction reflects an exceptional experience from first touch
