Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production. Role Summary: As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting Maker Lab’s hiring processes across APAC. Being part of the Talent Acquisition team, you’re a self-driven and ambitious individual who is able to navigate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You're a self-starter who is able to identify talent, build a strong talent pipeline and drive organisational success as the business continues to develop in the region. Passion for recruitment, talent engagement and experiences coupled with a few years of experience recruiting across, Marketing, Social, Events, Creative, Content and similar are paramount for this role. Role: * Take full ownership with limited supervision of the talent sourcing processes and talent experiences. * Craft and implement an effective sourcing strategy to find and engage key talents in various markets. * Build talent pipelines of interactive marketers, creatives, events specialists, content strategists, social media experts, creative technologists and others who build a bridge between creative, content and technology. * Manage day-to-day candidate sourcing activities through key recruitment marketing tools (e.g. Linkedin, Boolean search, Workable) to find and secure talents qualified for current and upcoming roles. * Manage interview arrangements for talents, including but not limited to scheduling interviews. * Create and develop a strong network of potential talents in the market and for future business expansions. * Provide market insights by creating and presenting related reports to the team to help improve the hiring process & recruiting KPIs. *
