Must Have
Sourcing recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment, In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources, Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands, Proven success delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting methods, Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Online Testing and Video Interviewing Platforms, Demonstrable track record of building relationships and achieving individual metrics, Experience recruiting within the IT, Audio Visual, Network Operations and/or Global Logistic gender gender age; religious or similar philosophical race; national political sexual disability; marital or civil partnership status or other non-merit factor
