Our Talent team works in a pod-based structure, partnering closely with Recruiters and Talent Partners to deliver vetted, high-impact candidates across multiple roles and clients. We’re now looking for a **Junior Talent Sourcer** to strengthen our sourcing engine and scale our hiring efforts. **Job Brief** We’re seeking a highly motivated **Junior Talent Sourcer** to join our Talent team and own the top-of-funnel for multiple open roles across our client base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and lightly screening candidates for 10–15 roles at a time across regions. You’ll work closely with Recruiters to ensure a steady flow of interested, qualified candidates within the first 3–5 days of launching a new role.
