ABOUT FRESNO SUMMIT ADVISORS Fresno Summit runs recruiting and builds the hiring systems companies need to grow, so they can hire the right people without having to build an internal recruiting team first. We partner with startups and SMBs to diagnose talent and hiring challenges, design the right talent strategy, and execute through embedded talent leadership, operational support, or contingency search recruiting. Our core services include: - End-to-end recruiting (embedded retainers or contingency search placement fees) - Talent Operations - People Operations - AI enablement and workflow optimization As Fresno Summit continues to grow, we’re building a network of exceptional contract talent scouts, recruiters, researchers, and operators who can support client work as business needs evolve. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, ideal for professionals who enjoy flexible project-based work, agency environments, and helping companies solve complex hiring challenges. ABOUT THE TALENT SCOUT ROLE As a Talent Scout, you’ll help Fresno Summit identify, engage, and qualify exceptional talent for startups and SMBs across technical, healthcare, operational, GTM, and leadership roles. Depending on the engagement, you may support: - Talent sourcing and market mapping - Candidate research and outreach strategy - Pipeline development and talent intelligence - Interview coordination and candidate experience - ATS hygiene, recruiting operations, and workflow execution - Competitive talent insights and search strategy This is not a traditional internal recruiting role. We’re looking for someone who can source exceptional talent, independently lead projects across recruiting, operations, and business development in order to help Fresno Summit scale with excellence.
