Pre-employment screening required (references, drug screening excluding marijuana, employment verification & criminal background check).

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, HR operations, or a related role., Demonstrated experience coordinating pre-employment screening (e. g. , background checks, drug screens) and managing high-volume, time-sensitive workflows with attention to detail., written and verbal communication able to communicate proactively, clearly, and professionally with candidates, hiring leaders, recruiters, and cross-functional partners., Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working in ATS/HR systems, tracking data, and producing basic reports., Ability to prioritize, simplify, and follow through—driving fast, simple, good decisions while maintaining compliance and confidentiality., High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive candidate and teammate information.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting pre-employment screening and vendor management., Prior experience managing staffing agency relationships or contracts., Familiarity with recruiting analytics, automation, or AI-enabled recruiting tools.

What You'll Do.

Coordinates end-to-end transition hiring logistics and pre-employment screening.

Brings clarity and consistency to high-volume hiring workflows.

Improves the recruiter and candidate experience through communication

and data-driven follow-up.

Prepares AIR leaders with information

tools and resources to conduct successful initial meetings and interviews with transition teammates.

Manages the pre-employment screening process

and communications for all Transition hires.

Manages administrative tasks associated with transition hiring

including creating staffing plans

and communicating hiring progress to stakeholders.

Creates and maintains effective communication templates designed to enhance the recruiter and candidate experience.

Creates and manages processes that drive an efficient and effective recruitment process

from initial outreach through onboarding paperwork completion.

Follows up with candidates to ensure hiring paperwork is completed on time.

Partners with payroll team to enhance the onboarding process.

Communicates hiring plans and progress to key departments

Marketing and Central Support.

Manages and tracks all activities related to pre-employment screening for Transition hires

including background checks

and related compliance requirements.

and proactively communicates delays or risks to recruiters and hiring managers.

Manages the creation and collection of Provisional Hire agreements as needed.

Provides ad hoc support to TA leadership

process documentation

and project coordination.

Assists with continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency

and recruiter effectiveness.
