4–7 years’ experience in People & Culture, talent, learning, or leadership development, Experience delivering end‑to‑end talent or learning programs, Proven experience facilitating sessions with leaders and employees, Experience working with HR systems, learning platforms, or employee experience tools

As a key contributor, you will play an important role in bringing Capital Power’s talent strategy to life; supporting talent attraction, development, and performance across the employee lifecycle. You will combine strong program execution, facilitation, and system management to deliver a consistent and high‑quality experience for leaders, employees, and candidates. You will contribute to our team by: * Delivering and coordinating talent, learning, and development programs across the annual cycle * Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and program experiences for leaders and employees * Supporting core talent processes, including talent reviews, development planning, and performance enablement * Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding activities, contributing to a strong candidate and new hire experience * Managing and maintaining employee experience and learning platforms, including content, tracking, and reporting * Translatin
