What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from a college accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), 2 years of applicable experience or a combination of education and applicable experience, General knowledge and experience with regulations, guides, standards, codes, methods, and practices necessary to perform assignments for a specific discipline, various installations, or services, Business knowledge in the utility & regulated environment, Proven experience applying sound judgment to make decisions, interpersonal and relationship development skills, verbal and written communication skills, Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers, Excellent team player and ability to prioritize assignments to meet commitments, Problem-solving skills with proven ability to resolve engineering issues, Mentor to junior team members
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in a technical discipline, Experience in utility industry trade organizations
What You'll Do.

Assist and performs assignments in specialized areas requiring technical skills
Supports projects within scope
Supports review of functional specifications for completeness and consider practical limitations
Supports with basic work planning
budgeting and cost estimating
Supports development and updating single line diagrams
and equipment specifications
Supports material procurement
Supports QA/QC process
Provides technical support to field and construction groups
Assist with and improvement processes and standards
Collaborates with reporting
including presentations to work groups and management
