Reporting to the Supervisor/Manager this position is responsible for executing routine technical activities and coordinating and supporting more complex technical deliverables. The role requires technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and excellent teamwork skills to be successful. • Provides technical assistance in support of others. • Applies technical knowledge to help promote a safe work environment and to enhance customer satisfaction. **Job Description:** * Assist and performs assignments in specialized areas requiring technical skills. * Supports projects within scope, schedule, and cost. * Supports review of functional specifications for completeness and consider practical limitations. * Collaborates with design activities as a member of a multi-disciplinary technical team. * Supports with basic work planning, budgeting and cost estimating. * Supports development and updating single line diagrams, and design drawings, and equipment specifications. Supports material procurement. * Supports QA/QC process. * Provides technical support to field and construction groups. * Assist with and improvement processes and standards. * Collaborates with reporting, including presentations to work groups and management. * Position may be required to work extended hours including major storm restoration work and associated drills as assigned. * Other duties as assigned. **Additional Job Description:** **Minimum Qualifications** **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from a college accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). * 2 years
