Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or in Electrical Engineering from a college accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), 0 - 2 years of professional engineering experience, Business knowledge in the utility & regulated environment, Interpersonal and relationship development skills, verbal and written communication skills, Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers, Team player and ability to prioritize assignments to meet commitments, Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues

3. 2 GPA or higher preferred, Master’s degree in a technical discipline, Working knowledge and experience with regulations, guides, standards, codes, methods, and practices necessary to perform routine assignments, Experience in utility industry trade organizations, Experience with MS Office, 365, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

**Job Summary:** We are building a talent pipeline of professionals interested in developing their careers to support LUMA Energy’s work to rebuild and improve Puerto Rico’s electrical grid.
