As a member of our talent team, you’ll play a critical role in making that real — identifying and closing exceptional talent. Product hiring is core to the role, but you’ll have the opportunity to work across functions as we grow. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Source exceptional talent: You’ll identify and engage top candidates, with a primary focus on product hiring. - Own the candidate experience end-to-end: From first touch through close, you’ll build trust, understand motivations, and ensure a high-signal, high-quality process for every candidate. - Build on a high-performing recruiting process: You’ll come alongside a strong existing system and help evolve it — bringing new ideas and using data, AI, and experimentation to refine how we evaluate and close talent. WHAT YOU BRING - Track record of hiring top talent: You’ve successfully hired a founding product manager or built a product team in early-stage or high-growth environments. - Strong judgment and empath
