What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3 to 4 years of experience in HR Operations, Global Operations, or Talent Operations, hands-on exposure to onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, Experience managing BGV processes and operational coordination, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), High ownership mindset with attention to detail, Sound judgment in sensitive or compliance-driven scenarios, Comfortable with in-person interactions, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement, Analytical, systems-oriented thinker with an interest in automation and AI, Willingness and capability to grow into broader Talent Ops responsibilities over time

Nice to Have

Exposure to multi-region or global HR operations is a plus, Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred), including workflows and reporting

What You'll Do.

Support HR operations across multiple geographies

Ownership of global onboarding operations

Expand into additional Talent Ops areas (exits

lifecycle governance)

Own and execute end-to-end global onboarding operations

Lead pre-onboarding communication

documentation tracking

Coordinate onboarding-related activities

Front-end in-person Day 1 onboarding sessions

Support onboarding across employee types

Manage the end-to-end Background Verification process

Review and adjudicate BGV discrepancies

Maintain audit-ready documentation and governance

Use BGV insights to inform hiring and onboarding improvements

and analyze employee experience surveys

Translate insights into actionable improvements

and risks across Talent Operations processes

Contribute to process standardization

Leverage HRIS to drive workflow automation

improve data accuracy and reporting

Support a systems- and AI-enabled Talent Ops model

Take increased ownership across broader HR Operations areas as onboarding stabilizes

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Act as a trusted operations partner to HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Compliance teams; Partner with HR leadership to strengthen early lifecycle employee experience; Build cross-functional partnerships to support role evolution and leadership readiness
