Source candidates across multiple channels
Engage with active and passive talent
Prescreen candidates via phone
Submit shortlist to hiring manager
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Monitor and maintain roles in Greenhouse
Capture candidate notes
Track employee referrals
Partner with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs
Define candidate must-haves
Draft compelling job descriptions
Keep interview panels informed
Ensure hiring managers and candidates are prepared
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop interview questions
Shape effective recruitment strategies
Set realistic expectations
Provide training and coaching to hiring managers

In this role, you'll focus on the Operations side of the business, specifically our Legal and Finance teams, where you'll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent that drives our continued growth and innovation. What you’ll build with us Working closely with Legal and Finance Hiring Managers and Department Heads, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment processes: from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and contributing to Easygo's culture along the way. You'll bring expertise in sourcing and assessing candidates across the competitive legal and finance talent markets. Your ability to navigate the evolving landscape of these industries will be critical as we continue to build a team at the forefront of innovation and excellence.
