What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or generalist-level support, BAS Degree, Advanced MS Excel skills required, understanding of core HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements, Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset when handling sensitive or complex employee questions, Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday); ability to quickly learn new platforms, Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, Comfortable working with confidential data and maintaining discretion at all times, Experience supporting benefits and/or leave of absence administration, Prior experience supporting HR inquiries across multiple locations, business units and jurisdictions, Willingness to collaborate and assist whenever, wherever needed

What You'll Do.

Support the day-to-day HR operations globally

Deliver an excellent employee experience

Serve as a key point of contact for employees

Resolve a variety of HR-related inquiries

Handle core HR administrative tasks

Assist with processes related to benefits

employee data changes

Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries

Provide timely and accurate guidance on topics such as benefits

employment verifications

Assist with employee onboarding

Support and coordinate HR lifecycle activities including job changes

Assist in presenting new hire orientation sessions

Support in the administration of health and welfare plans

Process employee data changes and maintain accurate records in the HR systems

Provide administrative support on HR processes

Assist with employee relocation management

Support the terminations process

Support ad hoc HR projects and process improvement efforts

Provide support with contractor onboarding and offboarding

Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to resolve a variety of HR-related inquiries; Partner with COEs (e.g., Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Immigration) to support cross-functional HR processes and initiatives; Assist with employee relocation management to support this includes working with cross-functional teams in communicating changes and impacts; Partner with local HR Ops for seamless transition and positive employee experience; Ensure cross-functional teams have information needed to support contractor onboarding and offboarding
