Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment initiatives at Uber Freight, ensuring a professional candidate experience, and managing complex scheduling logistics. This position offers a significant opportunity to contribute to the organizational development of a rapidly expanding global entity. As a future Uber Freight intern, you: Think Ahead: You anticipate potential challenges in candidate sourcing, and tracking. Proactively identify solutions to ensure a smooth candidate experience and prevent bottle-necks or delays in the process. Collaborate: You maintain strong touch points with internal recruiting teams, and Hiring Managers, ensuring clear and professional communication to drive seamless execution and alignment.
