What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, At least 3-5 years specifically in Talent Management roles within a large organization, Proven track record in designing and implementing successful talent acquisition, development, and retention programs, Understanding of performance management methodologies, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks, Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions, Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is essential

Nice to Have

Master's degree is a plus, Preferably in the financial services sector

What You'll Do.

Develop and execute comprehensive talent strategies to attract

and retain high-potential employees

Manage the end-to-end Employee Engagement Survey process

including data analysis

Develop and implement effective function-level engagement action plans

Lead the implementation of key recognition programs

Support initiatives that celebrate employees who drive process improvement

productivity enhancement

customer service excellence

and AI-driven innovation

Strengthen HR branding by preparing high-quality written nominations for HR awards

Provide Talent & Leadership Development implementations to support VP

across talent initiatives

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with Group HR Strategy; Collaborate with HRBPs and Functional Representatives; Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Exceptional communication skills; Exceptional presentation skills
